An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Reservations & Events Coordinator to be a key part of our dedicated team, working in a professional, hospitable and friendly environment, with training and development opportunities and great benefits.

Working hours: Up to 40 hours a week. Due to nature of the business flexibility is required for this role and it may involve working early evenings and weekends.

Your duties as a Restaurant Reservations & Events Coordinator will include, but will not be limited to:

- Assisting the Reservations Manager and Events Manager on a daily basis;
- Assisting in producing, collating, and distributing function sheets on a weekly basis and ensuring that all information is current and correct;
- Resolve any complaints using previous experience and good judgement.

The Successful Restaurant Reservations & Events Coordinator will:

- Have previous experience within a similar high-end, high-volume hospitality environment;
- Have a friendly and professional telephone manner;
- Be a great team player and also have the ability to work on own initiative;

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
