Your role in this maternity cover position



This maternity cover Payroll Coordinator will report
directly into the Payroll Manager within our People Team.



You’ll be joining a team who are passionate about creating
an exceptional employee experience and ambition to be creative and do things
differently. 



Some of your key responsibilities...




  • Management
    and maintenance of HR systems. 100% accuracy of data within all People
    Team systems. 
  • Produce
    accurate and timely reports, holiday, sickness absence reporting and HR
    metrics.
  • Assist
    with the Payroll inbox & ticket raising system, FreshDesk, supporting
    operational queries and escalate to the Payroll Manager as required.
  • Assist
    with Benefits admin and liaising directly with our benefits provider,
    Parallel, onboard/offboard starters & leavers and maintain the
    database to make sure any changes are caught, communicated and reflect
    payroll
  • Assisting
    with processing of monthly payroll including liaising with operational
    managers to ensure payroll deadlines are adhered to.
  • Liaise
    with the managers to make sure rotas are closed and completed to help
    prepare staff cost reports.
  • Help
    to design and improve new process to streamline payroll procedures
  • Supporting
    on all People Team projects and initiatives.


What makes a brilliant Payroll Coordinator?




  • Previous
    Payroll Administrator/Coordinator experience in a fast paced hospitality
    environment would be advantageous.
  • A
    natural problem solver, able to think of create ways to resolve
    challenges.
  • Confident
    communicator (verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach to
    People & Payroll administration.
  • Strong
    knowledge of Excel
  • Ultimately,
