So, what’s the role?
Elevate our customer service experience by leading a dynamic team of Order Advisors As a key player, you'll promote a collaborative spirit, tackle challenging customer service issues with confidence, and champion the growth of your team members. Your role will involve managing customer order inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing any after-sales issues with a proactive approach.

You'll also collaborate closely with our sales teams to enhance customer loyalty through outstanding service, support sales initiatives, and identify new sales opportunities. What skills and experience do you need to bring with you?
