**Sales order processor job description**

Join us as a Sales Order Processor. You will form part of our sales operations team who are responsible for receiving, processing, a range of products and solutions for our customers.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be fulfilling customer orders quickly, efficiently and correctly, ensuring that we continue to give our customers the best possible levels of service.

You will be reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager.

**Sales order processer duties**
- Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicate with customers, and other departments to resolve order queries
- Enter customer orders into the order processing system
- Ordering goods that are not stocked on the shelf to fulfil our customers’ requirements
- Progressing orders through to our production team for bespoke products
- Allocating and despatching the orders through to our warehouse team

**Person Specification**
- Good customer focus and a customer driven approach
- Excellent communicator and self-starter
- Be used to being part of a team
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Ability to understand complex requirements
- Ability to think outside the box and ask questions to be able to understand what the customer requires
- Experience with Sage products desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, permanent

Start date: Immediate

**Salary**: £22,308.00 per year
