About Plug Me In

Plug Me In – EV is part of the Calisen Group who is a leading owner and manager of essential energy infrastructure assets. As well as a provider of meter installation, meter reading, electric vehicle charging, maintenance and ancillary services, whose purpose is to accelerate the development of a cleaner, more efficient, and sustainable energy segment. EV charging  will reinforce Calisen’s role in helping to roll-out energy transition assets in support of reaching Net Zero.

About the role:

It will be the responsibility of the Capacity Planning and Forecasting Manager to align future and present capacity plans, ensuring that the current and forthcoming workforce is effectively utilised and optimised.

Other responsibilities include understanding how the business operates and planning for future capacity requirements, producing both short and long term business plans and identification/implementation of efficient planning models that incorporate multi skilled / multi functional resources.

It is important that the right candidate for the role has experience with development and implementation of capacity planning strategies, processes, and tools to align resources with business objectives. You will also be required to determine the resource and training academy requirements to meet changing demands for both reactive and planned customer journeys.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Capacity Planning and Resource Forecasting.

Experience of working in an operationally focussed role.

Working in line with Sales and Operations Planning

Proven experience of transforming data into insights using visualisation tools

Excellent Mathematical competency.

Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (incl. communicating with clients).

Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Organisation skills.

Ability to work to deadlines.

Ability to build short and long term forecasts

Understand of various factors and considerations for planning

Ability to extract data from a database using SQL.
