An experienced planning coordinator is required to work as part of a team responsible for the throughput planning functions for the Wincanton and KraftHeinz businesses.

This role requires a progressive thinker that takes action at the right time in the right manner with passion for delivery and results. This is an excellent opportunity to work in partnership with the leadership team to develop a successful ONE Team engaging culture.

**Key responsibilities**
- Demurrage tracking to minimise customer costs
- Supplier communication regarding inbound receiving
- Scheduling inbound loads to time slots
- Raising ASN’s
- Updating customers SAP system with delivery dates and times
- Liaising with the customer regarding prioritisation order
- Raising stock transfer requests between sites (external storage)
- Outbound export planning
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's.

- Experience in SAP, WMS and the Microsoft suite
- Excellent time and workload management
- Experience in a similar role and scale
- Execute a ‘positive customer experience’ at all times
- Excellent communication to all levels and departments including the customer
- Willing to work across department boundaries and be a part of the solution
