**Location: WN4 0EJ Full Time Permanent - Monday - Friday**.

We have a new career opportunity for a Plant Administrator at our Wigan Head Office to work alongside our current Service Desk Manager. The new role has arisen due to the companies recent growth and expansion. The successful applicant would be responsible for the following duties.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor R2C and check all daily defects on plant and equipment and allocate to mechanics workshops.
- Assist with ordering parts for all road worthy vehicles, wagons, trailers and plant
and machinery
- Assist in house mechanics with with allocating parts and stock checks
- Must be proficient in excel
- Assist Service Manager and wider team with administrative duties around the
transport department. to include ordering fuel onsite and manage the usage

**Requirements for this role**:

- Must be extremely organised, forward thinking, taking a lateral approach to problem solving.
- Must have a hands on approach and team player
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills

Be able to communicate verbally in a clear, concise and business like way, both internally and to external stakeholders

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
