Calisen is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business, and we now have an exciting opportunity to join us within our EV Charging entity, Plug Me In, as a Planning & Scheduling Assistant who will be accountable for ensuring our operations run like clockwork

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required, based at our office in Wigan. The annual salary for this position is £23,400.

**What we’re looking for**
- A good standard of general education (minimum GCSE level or equivalent).
- Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and have a high attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organisation, and administration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, as well as being able to work towards strict deadlines.
- Ability to build positive relationships with field-based engineers and managers.
- Previous experience of scheduling field-based engineers with work is highly desirable.
