We are seeking a highly motivated Project Scheduler to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. This role is a key part of our business operations and involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will receive and respond to customer support requests in a timely manner.
  • They will record and process customer support requests using our CRM system.
  • Additionally, they will compile accurate quotations, estimates or proposals for chargeable support works, moves or changes.
  • Furthermore, they will coordinate both chargeable and non-chargeable works in line with company service level agreements and standards.
  • Finally, they will invoice for chargeable work in line with payment terms and client credit accounts.
Requirements:
  • A planning/scheduling background.
  • Experience working within the IT/Telecoms sector.
  • A confident, driven and organised team player.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to build good working relationships face to face and over the phone.

Estimated Salary: up to £28,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Company Benefits: 22 days holiday (increasing 1 day per year up to 25 per annum), pension scheme, Company, contractual sick pay, private medical, cycle to work scheme, free parking and regular social events.
