At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the UK. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry. A strong leadership and organizational skillset is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are also required. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) is necessary. A PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is also required.
