About the Role

You will be part of the Tilbury Douglas team, working on various construction sites across the North West region. As a key member of our site management team, you will take responsibility for security, health and safety, and organizing materials and personnel.

You will learn how to coordinate site-based construction projects, carry out risk assessments, and liaise with key figures within our construction project team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in construction is essential, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual pay of £25,000 - £30,000 based on industry standards and location. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 26 days annual leave, private medical insurance, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
