An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in our fast paced and busy Waiting List Booking Team based at Solihull Hospital. The Waiting List Support post is permanent, Full time Monday - Friday hours, 08:00 - 16:00 with 30 minutes for lunch.
Main duties of the job
As part of a large team of Waiting List Coordinators, the post holder will be the main administrative support by adding referrals to waiting lists and booking pre op appointments with patients. You will work closely with the Team Leader and independently booking in accordance with policy and protocol guidelines. The post holder will also be co-ordinating email traffic and telephone queries from patients and stakeholders.
