Key responsibilities:

As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with the Head of Talent & Performance and team to design and implement key aspects of the refreshed talent strategy

You will be an accountable expert for the re-design of our enterprise-wide career growth approach with a specific focus on bringing internal opportunities and skills transparency to life through technology such as a 'talent marketplace' and a common skills taxonomy

You will help to implement the best talent solutions to support a seamless experience for our people

You will help to influence and guide our leadership and our colleagues in HR, into supporting and executing the talent strategy and group standards

As an expert, you will also work closely with our broader team to create, re-design, standardize and continually improve talent- and performance-related processes, standards, controls, and practices, while designing impactful solutions based on the best practices in the industry

About the Team
