**The Role**:
This role supports the Talent, Performance, and Reward team by assisting with general operational and administrative tasks.

It is an ideal role for someone who has a strong administration background who wants to develop a career in HR, particularly in Learning & Development, Reward and Benefits.

This role is an integral part of a collegiate, ambitious, and highly professional Global People team that aims to drive innovation, efficiencies, and progressive people solutions to ensure we continue to be an employer of choice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the administration, coordination, and logístical support for all learning programmes.
- Manage the learning calendar including scheduling training sessions.
- Provide support for employees related to learning and development questions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly.
- Support and manage benefits administration tasks, liaising with benefits brokers as necessary
- Maintain the benefits summary documents and FAQ, and the benefits and recognition portals
- Support with administering and coordinating other Reward projects and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the Benefits Manager on the annual benefits renewal process.
- Process invoices, check POs and track budget.
