You will lead our clients talent management division, overseeing the recruitment, development, and representation of digital talent. Leveraging your industry expertise, network, and strategic vision, you will drive talent acquisition, foster talent growth, and cultivate strong relationships with talent, brands, and industry partners.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of top-tier digital talent across various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent development strategies, focusing on content creation, audience engagement, and brand partnerships.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to talent, helping them navigate career decisions, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for talent.
  • Negotiate and execute brand deals, sponsorships, and collaborations on behalf of talent, ensuring alignment with their brand values and objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective monetization strategies, partnerships, and innovative revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with talent to develop innovative and engaging content strategies tailored to their unique audience and platform preferences.
  • Monitor content performance and audience analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for content optimization, audience growth, and platform algorithm changes.


MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc., and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
