Radiology is a busy department providing X-Ray, CT, MRI,Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound services. We provide diagnostic services to ourhospital sites using both specific Radiology IT packages alongside Trustwidesystems to provide integrated care.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic,experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our friendly team based withinRadiology.

The successful candidate should provide consistentoutstanding care and exemplary service to our patients and visitors, arrangeappointments and liaise with all involved in the Imaging process to ensure thebest service for our patients.

Thesuccessful candidate will need excellent communication, organisational andinvestigative skills and have a flexible approach to tasks with experienceworking in a busy office environment.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonalskills, dedication and the confidence to deal with a wide range of matters withdiplomacy. Patient administration experience, experience in working with peopleand the ability to adapt to change while managing and prioritising a heavyworkload, in a fast developing environment is essential for this role.

We are looking for an organised and flexible person whoenjoys working individually but also as part of a wider team.

Main duties of this role include; front of housereception cover, booking Radiology appointments, communicating with patients and staff,undertaking IT system based work, linking in with patient transport servicesand general administrative duties.

Job description

Job responsibilities
