Office Administrator

Solihull's 'Business of the Year' MAN Commercial Protection have an exciting opportunity for a Office Administrator to join our friendly, busy team based in Solihull.
This role will sit within our Vetting Team, working closely with the Vetting Manager to manage the 5-year BS7858 screening of our workforce. with general administrative duties, with a focus on vetting and screening and the onboarding of new starters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new starters
- Conducting 5-year vetting and screening in line with BS7858
- Verifying right to work and legal documents
- Issuing employment contracts
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Adhering to GDPR and Privacy Regulations
- Manage incoming and outgoing employee reference requests
- Issuing employee ID cards

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
