Solihull's 'Business of the Year' MAN Commercial Protection is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team based in Solihull.

This role will sit within our Vetting Team, working closely with the Vetting Manager to manage the 5-year BS7858 screening of our workforce. Key responsibilities include onboarding new starters, conducting 5-year vetting and screening, verifying right to work and legal documents, issuing employment contracts, maintaining employee personnel files, adhering to GDPR and Privacy Regulations, managing incoming and outgoing employee reference requests, and issuing employee ID cards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new starters
  • Conducting 5-year vetting and screening in line with BS7858
  • Verifying right to work and legal documents
  • Issuing employment contracts
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Adhering to GDPR and Privacy Regulations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing employee reference requests
  • Issuing employee ID cards

Benefits:

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
