**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Officer to provide daily specialised administrative, procedural and organisational support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team of our school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of the PA to the Headteacher, providing dedicated support to the School Business Manager and Teachers with any administrative tasks they need completing during the busy school day.

This includes the upkeep and maintenance of staff/student files, assisting with HR, booking appointments, contractual changes, processing paperwork, general admin and monitoring staff/student absences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SIMS and ARBOR, efficient diary management and organising travel arrangements.

**About the Role**

This is a long-term part-time position, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of vigilance and competency.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive daily rate, PAYE paid weekly, and funded formal qualifications, including Level 2 SEND, Level 3 Teaching and Learning, Level 4 HTLA, and Level 5 TEFL.

We also offer career progression via our Care to Classroom setting conversion course.

**Requirements**

The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience working in an educational setting, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

They will also have experience of using SIMS, strong communication skills, and a commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the school.

Able to provide previous 2 years' worth of referencing and hold an Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
