About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Contechs. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function with various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Process employee leavers, including updating employee records and organisational charts.
- Assist with formal investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Provide administrative support for the HR Team, including managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR administration.
- Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
