HR Data Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Data Assistant to join our team at Contechs Consulting. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Employee Life Cycle, ensuring legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and co-ordinating pre-employment health questionnaires.
  • Process employee leavers, including acknowledging terminations and updating organisational charts.
  • Support with formal investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Co-ordinate employee communications and events.
  • Signpost staff on how to access wellbeing platforms and services.
  • Manage the HR Team Inbox to ensure timely responses to emails.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring, motivation, turnover, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years HR Administration experience.
  • Strong MS Office Skills, especially with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with employees.
  • Ability to demonstrate common sense and sound judgement.
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
  • Strong attention to detail.
