Job Summary:
Tirebuck Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals.
- Updating the employee handbook with policy and legislative changes.
- Preparing detailed monthly HR reports for management.
- Developing a health and safety program that meets legal requirements.
- Managing a team of 6 staff members.
- Providing expert support and advice to Directors and employees on HR matters.
- Coordinating with insurance and pension providers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a HR Manager role within a professional services organisation.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong data and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of self-management and initiative.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
