Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and the rollout of HR Projects.
The HR Operations Specialist reports directly to the HR Manager and will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and People Management Software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
