Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Mobile Deputy Branch Manager to lead a small team and fleet of vehicles, overseeing the London City and East Mobile operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in security and be a service-driven leader with a strong focus on operations.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, ensuring the highest standards of security, and driving team performance. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a flexible approach to working hours, and commercial acumen.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security
- SIA license is preferred but not essential
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Service-oriented with a focus on operational excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible attitude towards working hours
- Commercially astute and results-driven
- UK driving licence and access to the vehicle
