  • Support the implementation of classroom behavior management strategies, promoting positive interactions among students.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or support role, especially with primary age students with special educational needs.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the personal and academic development of children with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • A clear DBS check is required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
