Experience&Qualifications

  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in EarlyYears education; SEN experience is highlydesirable
  • Patience empathy and creativity inlesson planning enabling you to design engaging and adaptableactivities that meet a range of developmental abilities andlearning styles
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills to work effectively with support staff parentsand SEN professionals building a network of support for each childsgrowth
  • A collaborative approach and dedicationto inclusive education with a commitment to fostering a positivesupportive environment for young learners
  • Acurrent clear Enhanced DBS check isrequired to ensure the safety and wellbeing of allstudents
