  • Permanentfulltime role in an early yearsfocused SEN schoolsetting committed to creating a warm and inclusive environment foryoung learners with diverse developmentalneeds

  • Collaborate with amultidisciplinary SEN team including teachingassistants therapists and support staff to develop individualizedlearning plans and foster holisticdevelopment
  • Create a nurturingand supportive classroom where students feel safevalued and encouraged to explore their interests and abilitiesthrough structured and creativeactivities
  • Monitor and assessstudent progress regularly adapting lesson plans andlearning activities as needed to support each childs growth andaddress new developmentalgoals
  • Engage in continuousprofessional development with a focus on bestpractices in SEN and early years education enhancing your skillsand knowledge to support young learnerseffectively

Experience&Qualifications

  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in EarlyYears education; background in SEN or exposure to SEN settings isadvantageous
  • Creative and patientapproach to working with young children with anatural ability to connect with and engage young learners throughplaybased and interactivemethods
  • Excellent communicationand collaboration skills essential for workingeffectively with SEN professionals parents and caregivers toprovide a comprehensive support system for eachchild
  • Commitment to inclusiveeducation and a dedication to fostering anenvironment where all students can explore grow and achievefoundational skills at their ownpace
  • Enhanced DBScheck required to ensure the safety and security ofall students
