This fulltime role is the perfect opportunity for a Wholesale Executive tomake their mark within a fastpaced scaling startup. In this roleyou will help scale the TALA Wholesale business working acrossexisting and new Partners nurturing and developing the business inline with our Strategy. You will work closely with the product teamreporting into the Head of Buying andMerchandising.

Tasks

Dayto day youwill:

  • Liaisewith Wholesale Partners resolving queries and looking foropportunities
  • Maintainthe Wholesale Range plan prices quantities andmargins
  • Supportkey meetings/ rangepresentations
  • Postpresentations collate the buys resolve queries and ensure stock isplaced
  • Liaise withthe merchandising re placing of stock and availability of stock totrade
  • Analysingsales to produce weekly monthly and seasonalreports
  • Use thesereports to inform the businessinternally
  • Inaddition use analysis and reporting to drive trade opportunities inseason and increased buys in the newseason
  • Own salesaftercare invoicing managingdeliveries
  • Supportinglogistics requirements of new and currentpartners
  • Nurturekeyrelationships
Requirements

Youshould:

  • Havea minimum of 3 years Wholesale experience preferably withinRetail
  • Ideallyhave experience / knowledge of working with big retail wholesalepartners
  • Becomfortable working in a startup environment: working lean andquickly being hands on and willing to get your hands dirty workingwell both autonomously andcollaboratively.
  • Beable to work in our office in London at least 3 days perweek
