Job Description

Elite have partnered with a luxury fashion brand, to support on the hire of a Wholesale Account Executive , to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave.

Summary and purpose of role:

Focus on caring for Key Wholesale Accounts in order to encourage increased Wholesale results season-on-season. In addition, organising the Wholesale Agencies to ensure they have the tools needed for success.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage and drive the key account business to ensure success for both the brand and the accounts. Account profile includes Net a Porter, MyTheresa, Liberty London, Selfridges, among others
  • Identify and secure new accounts
  • Aim to meet or exceed seasonal budgets for each account
  • Conduct market appointments with partners in London and Paris two times a year to sell the relevant collections to them
  • Organize agency sales partners to ensure they are set up for success and that they are meeting their sales targets
  • Together with the Planning team, track the weekly sales for all Key accounts, conduct analysis and prepare reports for the business
  • Work with the Merchandising team to ensure the correct product is available for all key accounts and agencies
  • Work with the Customer Care team to ensure a high level of support to all key accounts and agencies in regard to swaps, reorders, shipments, returns, etc
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key Account buying teams and agency partners

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Highly motivated and organized individual
  • Experience working with a Key Accounts for a luxury retail brand
  • Works well independently and within a team structure
  • Excel Skills
