Provide level 1 and 2 support to the firm’s employees across multiple locationsPerform basic administrative tasks including creating and managing accounts within a Microsoft Active Directory environmentAssist investment team members with related trading applicationsManage Help Desk tickets in a timely mannerRespond to employee issues via email, Teams, in person or direct callProvide highest levels of customer serviceDocument issues in our ServiceNow ticketing systemEscalate issues as appropriate in a timely mannerInstall, make changes and repair computer hardware and softwareFollow-up with employees to ensure issues are resolved DESIRABLE CANDIDATES: Around 5 years’ experience working for an investment companyExperience working with and supporting a trading environmentExperience supporting users in other parts of the worldFull knowledge of Microsoft platform including Teams and SharePointExperience with video conferencing technologyHandle onboarding and offboarding responsibilities in coordination with HRAssist users with remote access setup and troubleshooting using Citrix and Remote Desktop/VPN technologyManagement of mobile device software for iOS and Android using Microsoft IntuneWillingness to learn and work within a team dynamicPassionate about providing exemplary customer serviceExperience providing white glove support for senior management Capstone is committed to creating an inclusive environment where we welcome people of different backgrounds.
