For this vacancy you'll undertake a Human Resources Practice Level 3 apprenticeship qualification; while working within our Cumbria Consortium Contract which provides hard and soft services for our client at Sellafield

The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.

With a focus on adding value, the role of HR administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. You should have an interest and passion for your chosen apprenticeship pathway, enjoy problem solving and getting practical, hands-on experience and be committed to learning and completing studies in your chosen pathway.

It will be important for the candidate to have Maths and English Level 4-9 or equivalent/ Scottish National 5 certificates grade A to C and should be able to provide certificates at interview.
