An Award winning, independent family owned estate agent are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team and support our negotiators in an administrative role.

Your main role will be to assist our sales and lettings team through various tasks including
- Record keeping and filing
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and vendors
- Undertaking and reporting inspections
- Administrating tenancies
- Organising contractors
- Keeping property details up to date
- Using agency software's and databases
- Answering phone calls and arranging appointments
- Any other ad hoc administration duties when necessary
- Dealing with any incoming post

You must be able to work to a daily and weekly routine as well as adapting to changing priorities at short notice.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard which includes:

- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Via your ITEC tutor and on-the-job training, you'll get the opportunity to learn:

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
