**Salary**: £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience

We are working with one of the UK's leading construction & infrastructure businesses.

We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator to help coordinate the delivery of training and induction courses for new and existing staff. This will involve performing day-to-day administrative training activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and site license conditions.
- **This is a 12-month post covering maternity**_

**Responsibilities include**:

- Booking Training Courses and organising Training Schedules
- Liaising with third-party training providers in respect of training programmes
- Managing relationships with internal and external customers in respect of training delivery
- Processing all training related documentation and recording accurately on the Learning Management System
- Provide training and competency reports as requested and be able to provide accompanying narrative/understanding.
- Maintain and respond to all training/learning queries and provide first line support in respect of learning and development requests.

- Solid administrator and relationship builder
- Ability to prioritise, problem solve and with good analytical skills
- Happy with a 12 month temporary role

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
