About the Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: The postholder will lead and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure effective delivery of cleaning services.
  • Cleaning Schedules: Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is around £23,615, with additional benefits including paid training and career development opportunities, health insurance, and generous leave entitlements.
