The Hammersmith and Fulham School Effectiveness Team are seeking to appoint an experienced professional to coordinate the work of the Hammersmith and Fulham Learning Partnership.

The core functions of the post are:

• Co-ordinating and marketing the in-borough planned professional development programme to maximise engagement and ensure the smooth delivery of the programme for schools and governors. 

• To be responsible for the management and updating of digital content for the Learning Partnership engagement channels including listing courses, e-content of the Learning Partnership website, updating the Governor-Hub course listings, contributing to the publishing of the weekly newsletter, web information and e-communication.

• Contribute to the growth of the Schools Traded Offer delivered via the Learning Partnership leading on the invoicing process, negotiating contracts with trainers, facilitators and suppliers as well as back-end financial support. 

• To coordinate the organisation of the SACRE meetings by supporting members, maintaining the minutes, records and digital content. 

We are looking for somebody who can work flexible hours where required, in order to meet service needs, as some of the courses take place in the evening or at weekends. There is also some travel between venues. 

You will have significant admin and business support experience preferably within an educational field. An eye for detail and excellent written skills are essential. Additionally, the ability to work to a deadline and an enthusiastic can-do attitude is crucial for this role.
