Position Overview

This is a permanent role with the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements. You will enjoy a competitive annual bonus that can range from £2,700 to £5,400, reflecting your contributions to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, utilizing our customer support platform.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer questions within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
  • Address customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Process refunds and manage manual payment transactions while maintaining accurate customer records in our database.
  • Assist customers with password resets and engage in online chat support as needed.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in a contact center or office-based customer service role (excluding retail).
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and ideally, online chat.
  • Experience with customer support software.
  • Proximity to the office location for occasional in-person collaboration.

Work Schedule and Benefits

Your working hours will be structured as follows:

  • Monday: In-office
  • Tuesday: In-office
  • Wednesday: In-office
  • Thursday: In-office
  • Friday: Remote
  • Flexible half-day on the weekend, which can also be remote.

In addition to a competitive salary of £27,000, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes vacation time, pension contributions, a day off for your birthday, and an annual performance-based bonus.
