Position Overview:

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Health Care Support Specialist to join a team dedicated to supporting children with diverse needs. You will play a vital role in a Specialist School catering to children with severe learning difficulties, including profound and multiple learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend to the personal requirements of students and implement tailored support programs that address their social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid, and welfare needs.
2. Supervise and assist students during meal times, ensuring their safety and engagement in learning activities.
3. Aid students in comprehending instructions and support their learning in various subjects as directed by the teaching staff.
4. Foster positive relationships with students, serving as a role model and responding to their unique needs, while encouraging interaction and participation in group activities.

Personal Care Support:
Provide essential personal care assistance to students as required.
