Job Title: Children Solicitor - Public Law Specialist

Location: Remote (with occasional office visits)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Children Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to child care law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake advocacy in public law cases, including child protection and adoption matters
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on child care law
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including the Family Court and the High Court
• Work closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in child care law and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Children Solicitor or in a related field
• Strong advocacy skills and experience in public law cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in case management software
