Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children Panel Lawyer - Solicitor/CILEX to join our Child Care department at RecruitPedia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in child care matters.

About the Role:

• Join our Child Care department as a Children Panel Lawyer - Solicitor/CILEX and contribute to the success of our team.
• Work closely with our team of expert lawyers to manage complex child care cases, including public law, child protection, SGO, and adoption matters.
• Undertake advocacy and representation in court to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional client care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in child care law and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and contribute to the development of our team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Strong knowledge of child care law and best practices.
• Excellent advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client care skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• IT proficiency and ability to work with a range of software systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
