Key Responsibilities
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality clinical care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
- Mentor and Support Care Staff: Provide guidance, support, and training to our care staff to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering exceptional care.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Work with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Drive Excellence in Care: Continuously strive for excellence in our care home, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care we provide.
Requirements
- NMC Registration: Be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Clinical Experience: Have experience in clinical assessment tools, such as Waterlow and MUST, and be able to write comprehensive care plans.
