Job Summary

The Registered Domiciliary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team, ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support. You'll be accountable for ensuring that our care workers are suitably qualified and that our services meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality care services
  • Ensure that our care workers are suitably qualified and trained
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our care services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our care services
