Job Description

Job Summary

The Registered Domiciliary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care services to our service users. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality personal care services to our service users.
  • Ensure the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care work to ensure it meets the required standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in managing a care team and delivering high-quality personal care services.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
