Vice President LP-led Secondaries

This role requires a deep understanding of the Secondaries market, particularly in LP-led transactions, including portfolio sales, tail-end liquidity solutions, and other complex secondary structures. The successful candidate will bring significant experience in Private Equity Secondaries, a strong network in this ecosystem, and the ability to manage and mentor associates on the team.

Help in developing and executing strategies for LP-led secondary investments, aligning with the firm’s objectives
Source new investment opportunities through direct outreach, intermediaries, and industry relationships
Deeply involved in the entire transaction process, including assessment, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation
5+ years of experience in private equity secondaries, with a focus on LP-led transaction
~ Extensive network within the private equity and secondary markets, particularly among LPs and intermediaries
~ Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of investment professionals
~ Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
~ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies to senior management and investors
~ Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred
