The Learning & Development Coordinator (L&D Coordinator) will provide critical administrative support for the greater Talent team.

What you’ll do:

Coordination and scheduling of all training, to include liaising with managers, employees, and suppliers to secure dates and materials. Prepare and organise all training rooms prior to sessions and record and track employee attendance, updating employee files when applicable. Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all data is relevant and accurate. Support recruitment efforts by scheduling candidate interviews and administering the psychometric assessment used for employee development.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience working in a training coordinator, learning & development role, or administrative role or equivalent relevant experience. Self-directed with the ability to prioritise own workload, and high attention to detail with strong organizational skills. CIPD level 3 is advantageous but not required. Retail or manufacturing industry experience is advantageous but not required.
