About the Role

The L&D Coordinator team supports the day to day delivery of the firm's L&D professional and personal development programmes and L&D curriculum. Responsibilities include * day-to-day coordination and workload management of the L&D Coordinator administration team.* ensuring team processes are performed in line with the agreed standards.* management of the team, including regular 121s and Check-Ins. * working closely with team members, providing advice and support to guide and achieve efficient delivery of the team's regular tasks and programmes.* ensuring all processes are clearly documented and constantly reviewed to make sure they remain effective and fit for purpose.* working collaboratively with L&D Advisors, L&D Managers and external training suppliers to ensure the delivery of regular tasks and programmes within appropriate timescales.* supporting the Talent Acquisition & Development Support Manager with relevant projects as required, including the implementation of Workday to Learning & Development activity.* Travel to CMS London and regional offices as required by the role.
