**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and confident individual to join our growing team in a fast-paced and dynamic Learning and Development company. The Programme Co-ordinator will support the administration for a number of Fieri’s learning and development training programmes. This role involves attending the events and potential nights away from home. During events the role is very much client facing.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To provide administrative and event support for a large global learning and development training programme.
- To provide administrative support to the Programme Manager
- To manage course administration and delegate/learner registration.
- To manage training course materials including maintaining equipment lists.
- Liaise with suppliers to book training venues and delegate transport requirements.
- Research, book and manage transport and accommodation for the Fieri programme associates.
- Act as first point of contact and support for the those attending the training programmes.
- Maintain up to date attendance register for each programme including any delegate cancellations.
- Any additional administrative tasks as requested by the Programme Manager
- Co-ordination of training event feedback

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (required)
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and familiarity with database management systems (required)
- Experience in event planning and coordination (preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
