**Join the Powertrain Team based in Bristol as Programme Coordinator and help us to achieve our mission of pioneering electric aviation.**:
**What success will look like for you, as a Programme Coordinator?**:
As a Programme Coordinator you will be responsible enabling the Powertrain team to deliver their goals and objectives. You will be performing a variety of tasks supporting Programme Management; interacting with the team for planning, tracking, providing visibility and reporting to key stakeholders. We'll need you to plan the manufacture and test of prototypes whilst working closely with internal engineering teams and external suppliers to ensure the programme objectives are achieved. You will also focus on supporting the creation and maintenance of project plans, scheduling and prioritisation of tasks in line with the wider programme. A further key deliverable will be consistently monitoring and reporting key KPIs, budget, milestones and deliverables.

**What we would like you to bring.**:
We want you to be successful in your role, in order to achieve this, you will need to have proven experience with working in a complex engineering environment or a strictly regulated industry. You will need to be extremely organised and focused on detail and have excellent interpersonal skills, able to challenge team members and hold individuals accountable. Additionally you will need to have good knowledge of working within a programme, supply chain environment or purchasing function, and demonstrable skills in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
