With a global remit, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a varied senior stakeholder group on a multitude of geographically diverse policy issues and legal frameworks.

This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.

In this role you will:

• Formulate and enhance global employee relations policies, taking into account the strategic aims and requirements of the business and adhering to legal requirements.
• Drive a focus on simplification and standardisation of ER policy.
• Regularly review and update global policies in line with internal standards to reflect industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Serve as a policy SME for the HR function, offering guidance on the interpretation and application of global ER policy and our policy strategy.
• Support the building of best practice across the ER function through the ER Policy Community of Practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Experienced HR/ER professional with an excellent understanding of employment law and associated legal frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining policy, ideally HR/ER related.
• A deep understanding of employee relations issues.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills, evidenced through writing comprehensive policy, reports/papers and/or legal documents.
