An Interim Employee Relations Advisor to:

Provide expert advice on a wide range of employee relations issues including probationary concern, performance management, restructures, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievanceManage your own caseload Provide advise and support to managers Lead on formal ER ProcessesCollaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency in policy applicationDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresMonitor and analyse ER metrics and trendsSupport with any other relevant dutiesProfile

An Interim Employee Relations Advisor with:

Experience of managing their own ER caseload Provide knowledge in employment laws and practiceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigher Education or not-for-profit experience desirableMust be immediately availableJob Offer
