We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

The HR Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated with a positive attitude, and exhibits patience, teamwork, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Assist in projects/initiatives that require ER or labor law inputs
  • Assist in maintaining the required standard of ER case documentation
  • Assist in developing and implementing ER related policies and procedures
  • Assist in curating and delivering training to HRBP and business leaders
Qualifications
  • Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelors degree, or in your final year going on to study for a Masters, graduating in 2025
  • Studying Law or a related discipline, which must include the study of EU labour law - Available from June for at least 12 weeks
  • English professional proficiency is required, as well as one of the following languages; French or Mandarin
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • A quick learner who can work in an agile way
  • Proactive and resilient, able to cope well under pressure, and pay attention to detail
  • Sound judgment with the ability to balance requirements and tight deadlines
